Setup guide

Add Microsoft Outlook credential

Add your Microsoft Outlook credential to the Latenode Credentials panel. This will allow the automation to securely access your Office 365 email inbox.

Configure Microsoft Outlook email trigger

Add a Microsoft Outlook Email Trigger node to your workflow. Configure it to watch for new emails in your inbox that match the criteria you specify, such as subject keywords or sender addresses.

Add Google Drive credential

Add your Google Drive credential to the Latenode Credentials panel. This will enable the automation to securely access and create files in your Google Drive storage.

Map email contents to Google Drive file

Connect the Microsoft Outlook Email Trigger node to a Google Drive File Creator node. In the node settings, map the email subject, body text, and any other relevant fields to the appropriate file properties in Google Drive.

Test and publish your workflow

Test your workflow by triggering a new email in your Outlook inbox. Verify that the corresponding file is created in your Google Drive. Once you're satisfied, publish your workflow to automate this process for all new qualifying emails.
