Automatically sync new Acuity Scheduling appointments to Flodesk workflows

This automation simplifies business operations by connecting scheduling and email marketing tools. When a new appointment is booked in Acuity Scheduling, the workflow automatically finds the existing subscriber in Flodesk and adds them to a designated email workflow.

This helps business owners streamline client communication and nurture relationships more effectively. The integration connects Acuity Scheduling appointment data with Flodesk subscriber lists, triggering the addition of subscribers to a specific workflow before the scheduled appointment time.

How Latenode estimates time and cost

Latenode bills workflow runs in credits: 1 credit = 30 seconds of processing. Minimum charge per run depends on your plan. Plug-and-Play (PnP) AI nodes are billed separately—each PnP token is $1 USD, charged pay-as-you-go at vendor cost plus a small processing fee, with no API keys required.
