Sync Tidio chatbot leads to your Mailchimp email list

This template adds Tidio chatbot contacts to a Mailchimp audience. Tidio sends the event to a Latenode webhook.

JavaScript reads name and email, then Mailchimp adds or updates the subscriber. Connect Mailchimp. Put the Mailchimp API key on the Mailchimp connection. If you poll Tidio over HTTP instead of a webhook, store the Tidio API key in the JavaScript node.

Add a webhook trigger

Add a webhook trigger and copy its URL. In Tidio, send new-contact webhooks to that URL.

Connect Mailchimp

Add a Mailchimp connection and paste your Mailchimp API key there. Select the audience that should receive Tidio leads.

Map the subscriber

In JavaScript, shape email and name, skip empty emails, then add or update the subscriber in Mailchimp. Put a Tidio API key in that JavaScript node if you poll Tidio over HTTP.
