Automate Kanban tasks for Zendesk tickets

This automation helps streamline project management and tracking by automatically creating a corresponding task in Kanban Tool whenever a new ticket is created in Zendesk.

This integration ensures that project-related tasks are efficiently tracked and managed, reducing the need for manual data entry across multiple systems. The automation is designed for teams that utilize both Zendesk for customer support and Kanban Tool for project management, providing a seamless workflow to keep all relevant information in sync.

How Latenode estimates time and cost

Latenode bills workflow runs in credits: 1 credit = 30 seconds of processing. Minimum charge per run depends on your plan. Plug-and-Play (PnP) AI nodes are billed separately—each PnP token is $1 USD, charged pay-as-you-go at vendor cost plus a small processing fee, with no API keys required.

What this template does

  • Creates a Kanban Tool task when a new Zendesk ticket is generated
  • Links the Zendesk ticket details to the corresponding Kanban Tool task
  • Eliminates the need for manual task creation across Zendesk and Kanban Tool
  • Synchronizes project-related information between the customer support and project management tools
  • Generates a Kanban Tool task with the ticket title, description, and assignee

How it works

1
Trigger

Connect to Zendesk

The automation starts by monitoring Zendesk for the creation of new tickets. Whenever a new ticket is created in Zendesk, this trigger step will detect it and pass the ticket details to the next step.

2
Logic

Extract Ticket Details

This step extracts the relevant information from the new Zendesk ticket, including the ticket title, description, and any other details needed to create a corresponding task in Kanban Tool.

3
Action

Create Task in Kanban Tool

Using the ticket details gathered in the previous step, this final step creates a new task in Kanban Tool. This ensures that the project-related information from the Zendesk ticket is automatically synced and tracked in the project management system.

Sync Cognito Forms leads to ActiveCampaign with smart tagging

This automation integration allows users to automatically create or update contacts in ActiveCampaign based on new form submissions in Cognito Forms. When a new entry is submitted in Cognito Forms, the integration will search for an existing contact with a matching email address in ActiveCampaign. If a match is found, the contact will be updated with a specific tag for management purposes. If no match is found, a new contact will be created in ActiveCampaign with the same tag applied. This streamlines the process of managing leads and customer data across these two platforms, saving time and reducing the risk of manual errors.
