Add Webflow Credential

Add your Webflow credential in the Latenode Credentials panel. This will allow the automation to access your Webflow site.

Add your Intercom credential in the Latenode Credentials panel. This will allow the automation to create or update user profiles in your Intercom account.

Configure Webflow Trigger

Add a Webflow trigger node in the Latenode builder and configure it to listen for new form submissions on your Webflow site.

Map Webflow Form Fields

In the Webflow trigger node settings, map the relevant form fields (e.g. name, email) to Latenode variables that will be used to update the Intercom user profile.

Configure Intercom Update

Add an Intercom 'Create/Update User' action node in the Latenode builder. Configure it to look up the user by email address and update their profile with the data from the Webflow form submission.
