Trigger

Configure Webinar Registration

Set up a webhook event listener on your webinar platform (WebinarJam or EverWebinar) to capture new user registrations. This will trigger the automation to sync the new registrant details to your ActiveCampaign CRM.

Action

Create or Update Contact in ActiveCampaign

The automation will check if the new registrant already exists as a contact in ActiveCampaign. If the contact is new, it will create a new contact record. If the contact already exists, it will update the existing contact with the new registration details.

Add ActiveCampaign Credential

In the Latenode Credentials panel, add a new ActiveCampaign credential. Enter your ActiveCampaign API key and API URL to authenticate the integration.

Add WebinarJam/EverWebinar Credential

In the Latenode Credentials panel, add a new WebinarJam or EverWebinar credential. Enter your API key or OAuth credentials to connect the webinar platform.

Configure WebinarJam/EverWebinar Node

In the Latenode visual builder, add a WebinarJam or EverWebinar node. Configure the node to listen for new webinar registrations by mapping the relevant fields like name, email, and any other custom registration data.

Configure ActiveCampaign Node

In the Latenode visual builder, add an ActiveCampaign node. Configure the node to create or update contacts in your ActiveCampaign CRM. Map the webinar registration data from the previous node to the corresponding ActiveCampaign contact fields.

Map Data Between Nodes

In the Latenode visual builder, connect the WebinarJam/EverWebinar node to the ActiveCampaign node. Map the relevant registration data fields from the webinar platform to the corresponding fields in your ActiveCampaign CRM.
