Sync Wix ecommerce orders to MRPeasy for seamless inventory management

This automation template helps Wix ecommerce merchants seamlessly synchronize their sales transactions with the MRPeasy inventory and order management system.

When a new order is placed on the Wix store, this integration will automatically create a corresponding order in MRPeasy, ensuring that inventory levels, fulfillment, and accounting are all kept up-to-date across the two platforms. This saves merchants time and reduces the risk of manual errors, allowing them to focus on growing their online business. The integration leverages the native APIs of both Wix and MRPeasy to handle the data transfer securely and reliably.

How Latenode estimates time and cost

Latenode bills workflow runs in credits: 1 credit = 30 seconds of processing. Minimum charge per run depends on your plan. Plug-and-Play (PnP) AI nodes are billed separately—each PnP token is $1 USD, charged pay-as-you-go at vendor cost plus a small processing fee, with no API keys required.

What this template does

  • Creates new orders in MRPeasy for each Wix ecommerce transaction
  • Synchronizes inventory levels between Wix and MRPeasy
  • Automates order fulfillment and accounting data between platforms
  • Eliminates manual data entry and reduces risk of errors
  • Provides merchants real-time visibility into their sales and inventory

How it works

1
Trigger

Get new Wix orders

The integration monitors the Wix ecommerce platform for new orders placed by customers. Whenever a new order is detected, the integration will fetch the order details from the Wix API.

2
Logic

Process new order data

The integration takes the order details from Wix and transforms them into the format required by the MRPeasy inventory and order management system. This includes mapping fields, formatting data, and preparing the payload for the MRPeasy API.

3
Action

Create order in MRPeasy

The transformed order data is then sent to the MRPeasy API to create a new order. This ensures that the order, inventory levels, and accounting are all updated in the MRPeasy system, keeping the two platforms synchronized.

4

Map Wix order data to MRPeasy

4. In the Latenode visual builder, add an 'MRPeasy Create Order' node. Map the relevant order data fields from the Wix webhook trigger to the required MRPeasy order creation fields.

5

Test and publish the integration

5. Test the end-to-end integration by placing a new order on your Wix store and verifying that it is correctly synced to MRPeasy. Once you are satisfied, publish the Latenode workflow to start automatically syncing all new Wix orders to MRPeasy.

Sync Cognito Forms leads to ActiveCampaign with smart tagging

This automation integration allows users to automatically create or update contacts in ActiveCampaign based on new form submissions in Cognito Forms. When a new entry is submitted in Cognito Forms, the integration will search for an existing contact with a matching email address in ActiveCampaign. If a match is found, the contact will be updated with a specific tag for management purposes. If no match is found, a new contact will be created in ActiveCampaign with the same tag applied. This streamlines the process of managing leads and customer data across these two platforms, saving time and reducing the risk of manual errors.
