Get SMS alerts for new Freshdesk tickets with Zapier

This automation template allows Freshdesk users to receive SMS notifications whenever a new ticket is created in their Freshdesk helpdesk.

The integration connects Freshdesk with Zapier's built-in SMS service, triggering an SMS notification to be sent to a specified phone number as soon as a new ticket is logged. This can help customer service teams stay informed and responsive to customer issues in real-time, without the need to constantly monitor the Freshdesk application. The configuration involves connecting the Freshdesk account and specifying the phone number to receive the SMS alerts.

How Latenode estimates time and cost

Latenode bills workflow runs in credits: 1 credit = 30 seconds of processing. Minimum charge per run depends on your plan. Plug-and-Play (PnP) AI nodes are billed separately—each PnP token is $1 USD, charged pay-as-you-go at vendor cost plus a small processing fee, with no API keys required.
