Receive ClickSend SMS notifications for new ClickFunnels Classic sales

This template starts when ClickFunnels Classic posts a successful order to a Latenode webhook, reads total, product, and the owner phone in JavaScript, and sends that SMS with ClickSend.

Point the ClickFunnels order-successful webhook at Latenode. Connect ClickSend and put the ClickSend API key on the ClickSend connection. The text goes to the owner number you map, not to the buyer unless you choose that number.

How Latenode estimates time and cost

Latenode bills workflow runtime in CPU seconds. The first 10,000 CPU seconds are free each month, then usage follows pay-as-you-go CPU-second pricing. Plug-and-Play (PnP) AI nodes are billed separately—each PnP token is $1 USD, charged pay-as-you-go at vendor cost plus a small processing fee, with no API keys required.

What this template does

  • Texts the owner as soon as ClickFunnels Classic records a sale
  • Includes order total and product in the SMS
  • Delivers through ClickSend
  • Keeps the ClickSend API key on the ClickSend connection

How it works

1
Trigger

Receive the ClickFunnels sale

A webhook starts the scenario when ClickFunnels Classic posts a successful order.

2
Logic

Read total and phone

JavaScript pulls order total, product name, and the owner phone that should receive the SMS.

3
Action

Send the ClickSend SMS

ClickSend delivers the text to that owner number.

Setup guide

1

Add the webhook

Add a webhook trigger and paste its URL into ClickFunnels Classic as the destination for successful orders.

2

Connect ClickSend

Add a ClickSend connection and paste your ClickSend API key there.

3

Map and send

In JavaScript, read order total, product, and the owner phone, then send the SMS with ClickSend. Stop the run if the phone field is empty. Place a test order and confirm the owner phone receives the text.

Requirements

A ClickFunnels Classic funnel that can POST successful orders to a webhook URL
A ClickSend account and API key stored on the ClickSend connection
The owner phone number that should receive sale alerts
