Schedule recurring daily text updates with Powered By Text and Latenode

This template sends a recurring daily text through Powered By Text. A schedule starts the run at the time you set.

JavaScript then calls the Powered By Text API with the recipient numbers and message body you configure. Put the Powered By Text API key on that JavaScript node.

Trigger

Run on a daily schedule

The scenario starts at the time you choose, for example 9:00 UTC.

Action

Send the SMS

JavaScript reads the message text and phone numbers you set, then calls the Powered By Text send API. Keep the API key on that JavaScript node.

Setup guide

Get a Powered By Text API key

In Powered By Text, create an API key that can send messages. You will paste it on the JavaScript node.

Add the schedule

Add a schedule trigger and set it to daily at the hour you want the texts to go out.

Send via JavaScript

Add JavaScript. Store the Powered By Text API key on the node. Post the recipient and message body to the send endpoint from your Powered By Text docs.

Test one run

Run the scenario once and confirm a test number receives the text before you leave the schedule enabled.

Recipient phone numbers in E.164, or the format Powered By Text expects
