This template gathers a file once a day and uploads it to your EasyFTP (or other SFTP) host.
JavaScript loads the file bytes from a URL or a previous node; SFTP writes them to the remote path. Put host, user, and password on the SFTP connection, then set the daily schedule.

A schedule starts the scenario once per day.
A JavaScript node loads the file bytes from an HTTP URL, a prior node, or your own source. Put any file-source API keys in this node.
SFTP writes the file to the remote path. If the host speaks FTP only, perform the upload in the JavaScript node instead.
Add an SFTP connection with host, user, and password for your EasyFTP (or other SFTP) server.
Add a JavaScript node that produces the file to upload. Point it at a URL or another node that already has the file.
Push the file over SFTP. Map the file and the remote directory. If login fails because the server is FTP not SFTP, move the upload into JavaScript and keep host, user, and password there.
Run once a day. Test one upload before leaving it on a daily cadence.
