Setup guide

Add Google Sheets Credential

1. In the Latenode Credentials panel, add a new credential for Google Sheets. Select the 'Google Sheets' integration and complete the OAuth flow to grant Latenode access to your Google Sheets account.

Configure Google Sheets Trigger

2. Add the 'Google Sheets' trigger node to the workflow. In the node settings, select the Google Sheets credential you added, choose the spreadsheet and worksheet that contain the video IDs and processing status, and map the columns for ID, Video Title, YouTube Video ID, and Status.

Add OpenAI Credential

3. In the Latenode Credentials panel, add a new credential for OpenAI. Enter your OpenAI API key to enable the AI Agent node to access the GPT-4o model for comment analysis.

Configure Gmail Account

4. In the Latenode Credentials panel, add a new credential for Gmail. Select the 'Gmail' integration and complete the OAuth flow to grant Latenode access to your Gmail account, which will be used to send the email summary report.

Map YouTube API Credentials

5. In the 'Get YouTube Video Details' and 'Get YouTube Video Comments' nodes, map the YouTube API credentials you have added to the Latenode Credentials panel. This will allow the workflow to fetch video metadata and comments from YouTube.
