Setup guide

Create the Latenode webhook

Add a webhook trigger and copy the URL into Dubsado webhook settings for new leads. If Dubsado cannot POST, run on a schedule and list new leads from the Dubsado API in JavaScript, with the Dubsado API key in that node.

Connect Mailchimp

Add a Mailchimp connection and paste your Mailchimp API key there. Select the audience that should receive Dubsado leads.

Map the subscriber

Shape email and name in JavaScript, skip empty emails, then add or update the subscriber in Mailchimp. Send a test Dubsado lead and confirm the audience member.

A Dubsado account that can POST lead webhooks, or a Dubsado API key in the JavaScript node for a scheduled poll
A Mailchimp audience and API key stored on the Mailchimp connection
Leads that include an email address
