Add a webhook trigger and copy its URL. In Leadpages, send that form's webhook to this URL.
Add a Klaviyo connection and paste your Klaviyo API key there. Select the list that should receive new leads.
In JavaScript, read email and name, skip empty emails, create or update the Klaviyo profile, and add it to the list. Submit a test Leadpages form and confirm the profile.
