Setup guide

Add Zoom credential

Add your Zoom API credential in the Latenode Credentials panel. This will allow the integration to securely connect to your Zoom account and access webinar registrant data.

Add Mailchimp credential

Add your Mailchimp API credential in the Latenode Credentials panel. This will allow the integration to securely connect to your Mailchimp account and manage subscriber data.

Configure Zoom webinar trigger

In the Latenode visual builder, add a Zoom node and configure it to listen for the "New Webinar Registrant" event. This will trigger the automation flow whenever a new registrant is added to a Zoom webinar.

Map Zoom registrant data

In the Zoom node settings, map the relevant registrant data fields (e.g. email, name) to corresponding fields in the next Mailchimp node.

Configure Mailchimp subscriber action

In the Mailchimp node, select the "Add/Update Subscriber" action and choose the desired Mailchimp audience list to add new registrants as subscribers.
