Sync Zoom webinar registrants to Mailchimp as new subscribers

This automation allows users to automatically sync new Zoom webinar or meeting registrants to a Mailchimp audience list as new subscribers.

After a new Zoom registration is captured, the automation will add the registrant's email address and other relevant data to the specified Mailchimp audience list, ensuring that these leads are quickly captured and nurtured through the Mailchimp platform. This integration between Zoom and Mailchimp streamlines the process of collecting and managing webinar and meeting signups, helping users stay connected with their audience and drive engagement.

How Latenode estimates time and cost

Latenode bills workflow runs in credits: 1 credit = 30 seconds of processing. Minimum charge per run depends on your plan. Plug-and-Play (PnP) AI nodes are billed separately—each PnP token is $1 USD, charged pay-as-you-go at vendor cost plus a small processing fee, with no API keys required.

How it works

1
Trigger

Zoom Webinar/Meeting Registration

When a new registration is captured in Zoom, this automation is triggered to sync the new registrant's information to a Mailchimp audience list.

2
Logic

Normalize Registration Data

The automation extracts relevant fields from the Zoom registration payload, such as the registrant's email address, name, and any other custom registration fields, and formats this data to match the structure expected by the Mailchimp integration.

3
Action

Add to Mailchimp Audience

The normalized registration data is then used to create a new subscriber in the specified Mailchimp audience list, ensuring that the new webinar or meeting registrant is added to the mailing list for further nurturing and engagement.
