Latenode

Sync Ticket Tailor attendees to Mailchimp audience seamlessly

This Latenode automation allows businesses using the Ticket Tailor ticketing platform to automatically sync new attendee information to a Mailchimp audience list. Whenever a new ticket is purchased, the attendee's name and email address are added or updated as a subscriber in the connected Mailchimp account.

This helps organizers easily grow their mailing list and keep attendees informed without any manual data entry. The integration connects the 'Issued Ticket Created' event in Ticket Tailor with the 'Add/Update Subscriber' action in Mailchimp, enabling a seamless flow of attendee data between the two systems.

How Latenode estimates time and cost

Latenode bills workflow runs in credits: 1 credit = 30 seconds of processing. Minimum charge per run depends on your plan. Plug-and-Play (PnP) AI nodes are billed separately—each PnP token is $1 USD, charged pay-as-you-go at vendor cost plus a small processing fee, with no API keys required.

2
Logic

Extract attendee information

Custom code extracts the attendee's name and email address from the 'Issued Ticket Created' event data.

The attendee's name and email address are then used to add or update a subscriber in the connected Mailchimp audience list.
