Setup guide

Add Gong.io Credential

Add a new credential in the Latenode Credentials panel and configure it with your Gong.io API credentials. This will allow the workflow to securely access your Gong.io call data.

Configure Azure OpenAI Agent

Add a new Azure OpenAI Chat Model node in the Latenode builder. Configure it with your Azure OpenAI API credentials and select the appropriate language model for your use case.

Connect to CRM System

Add a new credential in the Latenode Credentials panel for either Salesforce or Pipedrive, depending on your CRM system. Then, configure the corresponding CRM nodes in the Latenode builder to synchronize the extracted insights with your CRM.

Set up Supabase Connection

Add a new Supabase credential in the Latenode Credentials panel and configure the Supabase nodes in the Latenode builder to store the processed call data and insights.

Map Call Data Fields

In the Gong.io and CRM nodes within the Latenode builder, map the relevant call data fields (e.g., call metadata, transcript, attendees) to the corresponding input fields. This will ensure that the data is properly structured and synchronized between the different systems.
