Most powerful ways to connect AI: Perplexity and Salesforce
Salesforce + Slack: When a new support case is created in Salesforce, a summary is sent to a designated Slack channel to keep the support team informed. The specific summary would need to be built using Javascript or AI. Since AI is unavailable, this use case is limited.
Salesforce + Google Sheets: When a new record is created or updated in Salesforce, relevant customer feedback data is added to a Google Sheet for analysis. No AI summarization is possible.
