Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Canva, Chatwork, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Canva and Chatwork integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Canva and Chatwork (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Canva and Chatwork
Canva + Google Drive + Chatwork: When a design is exported from Canva, it's automatically uploaded to a specified folder in Google Drive. A message with a link to the design in Google Drive is then sent to a designated Chatwork room for team feedback.
Chatwork + Canva + Asana: When a new message is posted in a specified Chatwork room, a task is created in Asana. The message content can be used to automatically generate a Canva design, which is then uploaded as an attachment to the newly created Asana task for visual context.
