Depending on your setup, data should flow between Clio and Jira (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Clio and Jira

Clio + Jira + Slack: When a new matter is created in Clio, a corresponding issue is automatically created in Jira. The relevant team is then notified in Slack via a public channel message.

Jira + Clio + Google Sheets: Track Jira issue resolutions linked to specific Clio matters in a Google Sheet. When a Jira issue is updated, the automation finds the corresponding Clio matter and adds a row to Google Sheets with the issue details and matter association.
