Depending on your setup, data should flow between Encharge and Vitally (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Encharge and Vitally
Encharge + Vitally + Slack: When a user is added to a specific segment in Encharge (Encharge/Triggers/Added Tag), their user information is retrieved from Vitally (Vitally/Actions/Get User) to assess their health score. If the health score meets a certain criteria, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel (Slack/Actions/Send Public Channel Message) to notify the team.
Vitally + Stripe + Encharge: When a user's health score is updated in Vitally (Vitally/Actions/Update User) to a level below a defined threshold, their Stripe subscription data is retrieved (Stripe/Actions/Retrieve Customer). Based on this data, a targeted onboarding email sequence is sent via Encharge (Encharge/Actions/Create or Update People) to improve engagement.
