Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Etsy, Fomo, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Etsy and Fomo integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Etsy and Fomo (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Etsy and Fomo
Etsy + Google Sheets + Fomo: When a new transaction occurs in an Etsy shop, the transaction details are added to a Google Sheet. This new row in Google Sheets then triggers a Fomo event to display a real-time notification on a website.
Fomo + Etsy + Slack: When a new Fomo event is created (implying a product sale), the automation retrieves the listing inventory from Etsy. If the inventory is low, a Slack message is sent to the Etsy store manager to adjust the inventory.
