Create a New Scenario to Connect Google Calendar and YouCanBookMe
In the workspace, click the โCreate New Scenarioโ button.
Add the First Step

Configure the Google Calendar
Click on the Google Calendar node to configure it. You can modify the Google Calendar URL and choose between DEV and PROD versions. You can also copy it for use in further automations.

Next, click the plus (+) icon on the Google Calendar node, select YouCanBookMe from the list of available apps, and choose the action you need from the list of nodes within YouCanBookMe.

Authenticate YouCanBookMe
Now, click the YouCanBookMe node and select the connection option. This can be an OAuth2 connection or an API key, which you can obtain in your YouCanBookMe settings. Authentication allows you to use YouCanBookMe through Latenode.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Google Calendar, YouCanBookMe, and any additional nodes, donโt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

YouCanBookMe + Google Calendar + Zoom: When a new booking is made in YouCanBookMe, a corresponding event is created in Google Calendar. Then, a Zoom meeting is created and the meeting details are added to the Google Calendar event.
YouCanBookMe + Google Calendar + Slack: When a new booking is made in YouCanBookMe, the details from the Google Calendar event associated with that booking are retrieved and sent as a notification to a Slack channel.
