Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Jira and Lark integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Jira and Lark (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Jira + Google Sheets + Lark: When a Jira issue is resolved (updated), the details are added to a Google Sheet. A daily summary of resolved issues is then sent to a Lark group chat.
Lark + Jira + Slack: When a new message in a Lark group chat indicates a critical incident, a high-priority Jira ticket is created. The on-call team is then notified in Slack via a public channel message.
