Depending on your setup, data should flow between Microsoft Teams and Vapi (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Microsoft Teams and Vapi
Microsoft Teams + Vapi + Google Calendar: When a new channel message is posted in Microsoft Teams, create an outbound phone call via Vapi and then create an event in Google Calendar to schedule the call.
Vapi + Microsoft Teams + HubSpot: When an outbound phone call is created in Vapi, triggered potentially by a Teams message, find or create a contact in HubSpot. Then, create a call engagement to log the Vapi call as an activity against that contact.
