Setup guide

Add Formstack Credential

In the Latenode Credentials panel, add a new credential for your Formstack account. Choose the 'OAuth' method and follow the steps to authenticate your Formstack account.

Add Asana Credential

In the Latenode Credentials panel, add a new credential for your Asana account. Choose the 'Personal Access Token' method and securely store your Asana API key in the Latenode Secrets panel.

Configure Formstack Trigger Node

In the Latenode builder, add a 'Formstack' trigger node. Configure it to listen for 'New Form Submission' events from the specific Formstack form you want to monitor.

Map Formstack Data to Asana Task

In the Latenode builder, add an 'Asana' action node after the Formstack trigger. Configure the node to create a new task in Asana, mapping the relevant form submission data (e.g. title, description, assignee) to the appropriate Asana task fields.

Customize Asana Task Details

Optionally, you can further customize the Asana task details in the action node settings. For example, you can set the task priority, due date, or project based on the Formstack form data.
