The scenario starts when Tidio posts a new contact to your webhook URL.
JavaScript pulls the fields the Gmail draft needs from the Tidio payload.
Gmail saves a draft to the contact, with a subject and body you map from the chat.
Add a webhook trigger and copy its URL. In Tidio, send new-contact webhooks to that URL.
Add a Gmail connection with permission to create drafts in the mailbox that should hold replies.
In JavaScript, set To, subject, and body from name, email, and the first Tidio message. Skip the draft when email is empty. Put a Tidio API key in that JavaScript node if you poll Tidio over HTTP. Create a test contact and confirm the draft appears in Gmail.
