JavaScript checks name and email, fills the welcome template, and skips a second send for the same address if you keep a sent list.
Gmail sends the welcome from the connected mailbox.
Add a webhook trigger and copy its URL. Configure your membership product to POST new members to that URL.
Add a Gmail connection for the sender members should recognize.
Map name, email, and any plan field into the email body. Stop the run when email is missing. Track addresses you already welcomed if you need to block duplicates.
