Sync Calendly event details to your Airtable database

This automation template allows users to automatically create a new record in Airtable whenever a new event is scheduled in Calendly. This integration simplifies event tracking and data management by syncing schedule details from Calendly to the Airtable database.

Users can configure the template to map specific Calendly event fields, such as event name, attendee information, and start/end times, directly to corresponding Airtable fields, ensuring seamless data flow between the two platforms. This automation is designed for users who rely on both Calendly for scheduling and Airtable for centralized data management, streamlining their workflow and eliminating the need for manual data entry.

How Latenode estimates time and cost

Latenode bills workflow runs in credits: 1 credit = 30 seconds of processing. Minimum charge per run depends on your plan. Plug-and-Play (PnP) AI nodes are billed separately—each PnP token is $1 USD, charged pay-as-you-go at vendor cost plus a small processing fee, with no API keys required.
