Automatically sync Calendly event data to Airtable records

This automation integrates Calendly and Airtable to automatically create new Airtable records whenever a new event is scheduled in Calendly. It captures key details like the invitee's email, name, and timezone, and stores them in a dedicated Airtable base.

This allows users to easily archive and manage their Calendly event data within their Airtable workspace. The automation is triggered when an invitee schedules a new Calendly event, and it then creates the corresponding Airtable record. This saves users time and ensures their Calendly scheduling data is centralized and easily accessible.

How Latenode estimates time and cost

Latenode bills workflow runs in credits: 1 credit = 30 seconds of processing. Minimum charge per run depends on your plan. Plug-and-Play (PnP) AI nodes are billed separately—each PnP token is $1 USD, charged pay-as-you-go at vendor cost plus a small processing fee, with no API keys required.
