Automatically sync Zapier email details to Google Calendar

This automation allows users to streamline the process of transferring event information from email to their Google Calendar.

By integrating the Zapier Email Parser with Google Calendar, the integration automatically creates detailed calendar events based on data extracted from incoming emails. Users can configure the integration to map email details like event summary, description, location, date and time, attendees, and more directly to the corresponding calendar event fields, reducing manual data entry and improving productivity.

How Latenode estimates time and cost

Latenode bills workflow runs in credits: 1 credit = 30 seconds of processing. Minimum charge per run depends on your plan. Plug-and-Play (PnP) AI nodes are billed separately—each PnP token is $1 USD, charged pay-as-you-go at vendor cost plus a small processing fee, with no API keys required.

How it works

1
Trigger

Trigger: New Email

The automation is triggered when a new email is received. The Zapier Email Parser integration monitors the user's email inbox for new messages.

2
Logic

Extract Email Data

The Zapier Email Parser integration parses the incoming email and extracts relevant details such as event summary, description, location, date and time, attendees, and other information.

3
Action

Create Calendar Event

The parsed email data is then used to automatically create a new event in the user's Google Calendar. The integration maps the extracted details to the corresponding calendar event fields.
