Latenode

Automate keyword list generation and sync to Google Sheets

This template starts when you send a topic to a Latenode webhook. ChatGPT returns a keyword list with short insights, JavaScript shapes the rows, Google Sheets stores them, and Gmail emails you the same list. Connect Google Sheets and Gmail. ChatGPT is a Latenode AI step, so you do not paste an OpenAI key.

How Latenode estimates time and cost

Latenode bills workflow runtime in CPU seconds. The first 10,000 CPU seconds are free each month, then usage follows pay-as-you-go CPU-second pricing. Plug-and-Play (PnP) AI nodes are billed separately—each PnP token is $1 USD, charged pay-as-you-go at vendor cost plus a small processing fee, with no API keys required.

Setup guide

1

Add a webhook trigger

Add a webhook trigger and copy its URL. Point your form at that URL and send a topic field.

2

Connect Google Sheets and Gmail

Add a Google Sheets connection with a tab for keyword, intent, insight, and topic. Add a Gmail connection for the inbox that should receive the list.

3

Ask ChatGPT for keywords

Send the topic to ChatGPT and ask for a JSON list of keywords, search intent, and a short insight. ChatGPT is a Latenode AI node.

4
