Streamline Zendesk support with AI-powered ticket assistance

This automation allows Zendesk support agents to generate ChatGPT conversations for new customer tickets, providing AI-powered assistance to quickly respond to inquiries and gather relevant information.

Whenever a new ticket is created in Zendesk, the workflow triggers the generation of a ChatGPT conversation, which can be integrated back into the ticket to streamline the support process. This integration aims to boost agent productivity and deliver faster resolutions to customers by leveraging the capabilities of large language models.

How Latenode estimates time and cost

Latenode bills workflow runs in credits: 1 credit = 30 seconds of processing. Minimum charge per run depends on your plan. Plug-and-Play (PnP) AI nodes are billed separately—each PnP token is $1 USD, charged pay-as-you-go at vendor cost plus a small processing fee, with no API keys required.
