How it works

Connect to Zendesk

The automation starts by connecting to the Zendesk platform to monitor for the creation of new tickets. Whenever a new ticket is created, the integration will trigger the automation to begin processing it.

Once a new ticket is detected, the automation will extract the key details from the ticket, such as the customer's issue or question, to pass on to the ChatGPT integration.

Setup guide

Add Zendesk Credential

1. In the Latenode Credentials panel, add a new Zendesk credential. 2. Enter your Zendesk subdomain, email, and API token or password.

Configure Zendesk Trigger Node

1. In the Latenode visual builder, add a Zendesk trigger node. 2. Select the 'New Ticket' event to trigger the automation. 3. Map the relevant ticket fields, such as the customer's issue or question, to the node's output data.

Add ChatGPT Node

1. In the Latenode builder, add a ChatGPT node. 2. Configure the node to use the customer issue or question data from the Zendesk trigger node. 3. Set the desired ChatGPT model, temperature, and other parameters to generate the conversational response.
