Setup guide

Add Calendly Credential

In the Latenode Credentials panel, add a new credential for Calendly. Provide your Calendly API key.

Add KlickTipp Credential

In the Latenode Credentials panel, add a new credential for KlickTipp. Provide your KlickTipp API key.

Configure Calendly Trigger Node

In the Latenode visual builder, add a Calendly Trigger node. Select the Calendly credential you added earlier and choose the 'invitee.created' and 'invitee.canceled' events to trigger the workflow.

Map Calendly Data to KlickTipp

In the KlickTipp node settings, map the relevant Calendly event data fields (e.g., invitee details, scheduled meeting information) to the corresponding KlickTipp custom fields. This will ensure the data is formatted correctly for the KlickTipp API.

Test and Activate Workflow
