Seamlessly sync Skedda bookings to Google Calendar

This Latenode automation helps users automatically sync new internal bookings from the Skedda scheduling platform to their Google Calendar.

When a new booking is created in Skedda, this workflow will automatically create a corresponding event in the user's Google Calendar, ensuring their schedules stay up-to-date across both systems. This integration streamlines the process of managing bookings and events, saving users time and reducing the risk of double-booking or missed commitments.

How Latenode estimates time and cost

Latenode bills workflow runs in credits: 1 credit = 30 seconds of processing. Minimum charge per run depends on your plan. Plug-and-Play (PnP) AI nodes are billed separately—each PnP token is $1 USD, charged pay-as-you-go at vendor cost plus a small processing fee, with no API keys required.

How it works

1
Trigger

Connect to Google Calendar

The workflow begins by configuring access to the user's Google Calendar account. This integration allows the automation to create new calendar events based on bookings from the Skedda scheduling platform.

2
Action

Scrape new Skedda bookings

The automation then uses a headless browser to visit the user's Skedda dashboard and fetch any new bookings that have been created. This data is extracted from the Skedda platform and prepared for further processing.

3
Logic

Process Skedda booking data

The booking details retrieved from Skedda are transformed and normalized using JavaScript. This step ensures the data is in the correct format to be seamlessly integrated with the user's Google Calendar.

4
Action

Create Google Calendar events

Finally, the automation adds new events to the user's Google Calendar based on the processed Skedda booking data. This step synchronizes the user's schedules across both systems, keeping their calendar up-to-date with their latest bookings.
