Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring AI Agent, PagerDuty, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the AI Agent and PagerDuty integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between AI Agent and PagerDuty (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect AI Agent and PagerDuty

PagerDuty + AI Agent + Slack: When a new or updated incident occurs in PagerDuty, an AI Agent summarizes the critical information. This summary is then posted to a dedicated Slack channel for quick team awareness.

PagerDuty + AI Agent + Microsoft Teams: A new PagerDuty incident triggers an AI Agent to draft a status update. This draft is then automatically shared in a designated Microsoft Teams channel.
