Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Asana and Canva integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Asana and Canva (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Asana and Canva
Asana + Canva + Slack: When a task in Asana is created, specifically when it is added to a section named 'Ready for Design,' a new Canva design template is created from a pre-existing template, and a notification is sent to the design team's Slack channel.
Canva + Google Drive + Asana: When a Canva design is exported, the design is automatically saved to a specified folder in Google Drive. Following the successful save, a new task is created in Asana to initiate a team review of the newly saved design.
