Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Canva and Google Sheets integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Canva and Google Sheets (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Canva and Google Sheets
Canva + Google Sheets + Slack: When a new image is uploaded to Canva, the automation updates the image link in a specified Google Sheet. Following the update, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel, announcing the updated image and providing the new link.
Google Sheets + Canva + Gmail: When a new row is added to a Google Sheet, the data from that row is used to generate a certificate in Canva. The generated certificate is then sent as an attachment via Gmail to the email address specified in the Google Sheet.
