Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Box and Confluence integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Box and Confluence (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Box and Confluence
Box + Confluence + Slack: When a new file is added to a Box folder, a Confluence page is created with a link to the file, and a Slack message is sent to a channel notifying the team about the new file and the Confluence page.
Confluence + Box + Jira: When a new page is created in Confluence, the automation searches for related files in Box using keywords from the page title. A Jira issue is then created, linking the Confluence page and the relevant Box files for project tracking.
