Create a New Scenario to Connect Businessmap and Pipedrive
In the workspace, click the βCreate New Scenarioβ button.
Add the First Step
Add the first node β a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Businessmap, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Businessmap or Pipedrive will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Businessmap or Pipedrive, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.
Add the Businessmap Node
Select the Businessmap node from the app selection panel on the right.

Configure the Businessmap
Click on the Businessmap node to configure it. You can modify the Businessmap URL and choose between DEV and PROD versions. You can also copy it for use in further automations.
Add the Pipedrive Node
Next, click the plus (+) icon on the Businessmap node, select Pipedrive from the list of available apps, and choose the action you need from the list of nodes within Pipedrive.

Authenticate Pipedrive
Now, click the Pipedrive node and select the connection option. This can be an OAuth2 connection or an API key, which you can obtain in your Pipedrive settings. Authentication allows you to use Pipedrive through Latenode.

Next, configure the nodes by filling in the required parameters according to your logic. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Businessmap, Pipedrive, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Businessmap and Pipedrive integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Businessmap and Pipedrive (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Businessmap + Pipedrive + Slack: When a card moves to a specific column in Businessmap (e.g., 'Won'), the automation updates the corresponding deal in Pipedrive. Then, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel informing the team about the deal update.
Pipedrive + Businessmap + Google Sheets: When a deal is won in Pipedrive, a new card is created in Businessmap to track implementation. Simultaneously, the deal's details are logged into a Google Sheets spreadsheet for reporting and historical tracking.
