Most powerful ways to connect Calendly and Square
Calendly + Square + Google Sheets: When a new invitee is created in Calendly, the information is sent to Square to check for payment. Once payment is confirmed (or created), the appointment details and payment status are added to a Google Sheets spreadsheet for financial tracking and reporting.
Calendly + Square + QuickBooks: When a new invitee is created in Calendly, the system checks if the payment was registered in Square. If the payment exists for the scheduled event, a corresponding invoice is automatically created in QuickBooks to streamline accounting.
