Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring FreeAgent, Deepgram, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the FreeAgent and Deepgram integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between FreeAgent and Deepgram (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect FreeAgent and Deepgram

FreeAgent + Deepgram + Slack: When a new task is created in FreeAgent, the details, potentially containing a link to a client call recording, are sent to Deepgram for transcription. Once transcribed, Deepgram summarizes the audio file, and the summary is posted to a designated Slack channel for review.

Deepgram + FreeAgent + Google Sheets: When a prerecorded audio file is transcribed via Deepgram, key data points from the transcript (such as client names or project details) are extracted. These data points, along with the client ID, are then used to update the corresponding client's record in Google Sheets with relevant call metrics.
