Depending on your setup, data should flow between FreeAgent and Formaloo (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect FreeAgent and Formaloo
FreeAgent + Formaloo + Slack: When a new invoice is created in FreeAgent, a new row is added to a specified Formaloo form. If feedback is submitted to that form raising concerns (detected either via Formaloo features or manual review), a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the finance team.
Formaloo + FreeAgent + Google Sheets: When a new response is submitted to a Formaloo form, customer satisfaction data is extracted. This data, along with relevant financial information retrieved from FreeAgent (e.g., invoice amounts, payment status), is added as a new row in a Google Sheets spreadsheet, providing a consolidated view for business insights.
