Test the Scenario

Depending on your setup, data should flow between FreeAgent and Jira (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect FreeAgent and Jira
FreeAgent + Jira + Slack: When a new task is created in FreeAgent, a corresponding issue is created in Jira, and a notification is sent to a specified Slack channel.
Jira + FreeAgent + Google Sheets: When a Jira issue is updated, track the time spent and log it into Google Sheets for reporting purposes. Since direct time tracking between Jira and FreeAgent isn't available, this logs updates to a Google Sheet for later processing.
