Google Forms + Google Sheets + Microsoft Outlook: When a new form is submitted, the response data is added as a new row in Google Sheets. An email is then sent via Outlook, summarizing the form submission and providing a link to the corresponding row in the Google Sheet.
Microsoft Outlook + Google Forms + Microsoft Teams: When a new message arrives in Outlook, the content is checked for replies related to form submissions. If a relevant reply is detected, a message containing the email body is posted to a designated channel in Microsoft Teams.
