Depending on your setup, data should flow between Jotform and Kommo (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Jotform and Kommo
Jotform + Kommo + Slack: When a new submission is received in Jotform, the automation checks if a contact with the same email exists in Kommo. If not, a new contact is created. Then, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel, notifying the team of the new submission and the updated contact information.
Kommo + Jotform + Google Sheets: When a new lead is created in Kommo, a Jotform survey link is sent to the lead. Upon submission of the Jotform survey, the submission data is added as a new row in a Google Sheet for analysis.
