Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Kommo, Quickbase, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Kommo and Quickbase integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Kommo and Quickbase (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Kommo and Quickbase
Kommo + Quickbase + Slack: When a deal reaches a specific stage in Kommo, this triggers an update to the corresponding record in Quickbase. Subsequently, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the team about the updated deal.
Quickbase + Kommo + Google Sheets: When a record is updated in Quickbase, the automation creates or updates a contact in Kommo with the Quickbase record information. Additionally, the record details are added to a Google Sheet for reporting purposes.
