Depending on your setup, data should flow between Moxie and Square (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Moxie and Square
Moxie + Square + Slack: When a new Square order is created, the automation searches for the customer in Moxie. If a matching client record is found, and the order includes a refund, a Slack message is sent to a designated channel notifying the team about the refund associated with that client.
Square + Moxie + Google Sheets: Every time a new paid order is created in Square, the order data is logged into a Google Sheet. Afterwards, the automation searches for the customer's record in Moxie, and if found, it updates the client's record with the latest sales information from the Square order.
