Depending on your setup, data should flow between Okta and Shopify (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Okta + Shopify + Slack: When a new user is created in Okta, a corresponding staff account is created in Shopify. Details of the new Shopify account, such as username and temporary password, are then sent to the HR department via a dedicated Slack channel.
Shopify + Okta + Google Sheets: When a new customer is created in Shopify, their access request is recorded in Okta. This data is then logged in Google Sheets to track and ensure compliance, providing an audit trail of Shopify staff access.
