Save and Activate the Scenario

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Jira and Okta integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Jira and Okta (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Jira and Okta

Okta + Jira + Slack: When a new user is added to Okta, a welcome ticket is created in Jira with the user's information. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the team about the new user and the created ticket.

Okta + Google Sheets + Jira: Log Okta user creation and deactivation events to a Google Sheet. At the end of each month, a Jira task is created to review the logged changes.
