How to connect Qwilr and Shippo
Create a New Scenario to Connect Qwilr and Shippo
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Qwilr, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Qwilr or Shippo will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Qwilr or Shippo, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Qwilr, Shippo, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Qwilr and Shippo integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Qwilr and Shippo (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Qwilr and Shippo
Qwilr + Shippo + Google Sheets: When a Qwilr proposal is accepted, its data, along with corresponding shipment data from Shippo (identified using a shared identifier like a quote ID), is added to a Google Sheet for tracking.
Shippo + Qwilr + Slack: When a new shipping label is created in Shippo, the flow searches for the linked Qwilr proposal (using a shared identifier in Shippo's order metadata). If found, a Slack message is sent to a specified channel to notify the sales team, including a link to the Qwilr proposal.
